9th Kaunas biennial UNITEXT [ 15 September 2012 ]
UNITEXT will create conditions for immediate collisions of an artwork and a spectator, allowing the experience of art as a universal text. Fibre/Textile Biennial [ 15 February 2011 ]
The 8th international Kaunas Biennial TEXTILE 11: REWIND-PLAY-FORWARD is a competition-based exhibition inviting artists from all over the world working in different textile media to present works related to their personal story. In the exhibition, textile is seen from a new point of view: as a connotation, a hint and a conceptual mediator of experience. Kaunas Art Biennial TEXTILE 09 [ 30 November 2008 ]
Biennial 2009 LIVE EXAMINATION now invites artists to submit proposals, which will be created in-situ and engage various publics. Selected artists will implement their projects in Kaunas realizing their proposals at the galleries of M. K.
