WHO: all artforms.
WHAT: during the residency the artist is required to work on the theme of ‘A day in the life of the City of Vincent', a theme that can be interpreted in a variety of ways.
WHEN: a 4 - 6 week residency for May - June 2012.
PAYMENTS: the City has a budget of $25,000 to pay the artist. The payment is expected to cover the artist's fees and all of the artist's expenses including travel, accommodation, studio, materials, exhibition costs and food.
