Yesterday, I returned to Nottingham to pick up Portrait Of Ian Duncan Smith With Bandaged Nose from City Arts.

According to Kate, the exhibition was a success.

My work hasn’t sold, and I really needed to earn some income for my work.

I was invited to submit some work for next years’ exhibition, but as I’ll be experiencing yet another drop in income from May, it’s highly unlikely unless the Artist As Carer As Artist project is funded, and I am funded to produce some new work.

I am currently considering where my practice might go with this.

In the meantime, I went to see Leonardo Da Vinci at the castle.

I have to go away now, I have a lot of Bikeability work to do in order to try and clear my overdraft before Christmas. But don’t worry, someone somewhere earnt some money.
As usual, it wasn’t me.
