I found in amongst the 35 Centuries of Glass Galleries these 18th Century Diorama’s. I loved the mixed media and how the animals and figurines had been created using flamework. I could see visual parallels somehow with Amber Cowan’s work. The animals, in particular the sheep’s wool coats are beautifully rendered.
