Hung on vivid pink and blue walls, inspired by last year’s RA Summer Show, this eclectic show includes work gathered in response to an open call enriched by a handful of vintage pieces such as a copperplate diagram of leaf shapes from an old text book and a photogram of a primrose. Contemporary work includes a print of a mixed media collage by Chichi Parish of the sunken garden at the National Trust’s Acorn Bank and a collection of ‘hand portraits’ shot in a Karl Blossfeldt style by photographer Paul Debois. The hands belong to well-known green-fingered folks including Alan Titchmarsh, Beth Chatto and Roy Lancaster. The eclectic selection continues with Sharon Drew‘s painting Bloom 3, Eleni Leoussi‘s Photo Collage 8 and Lynne Cartlidge‘s Sea Thrift.

The show continues daily until bank holiday Monday 29 August.
