Sws is a durational, site-specific performance at Mission Gallery. artist Kathryn Ashill will be inviting visitors to apply red lipstick and kiss her. The artist is attempting to express her affectionate ties to her homeland of Swansea through the intimacy of this action. Ashill is in constant pursuit of intimacy and warmth through physical interactions in her performances.
