The Argentinian artist César Baracca will give a talk about the collective creation through appropriation and the use of money at the new Camberwell Lecture Theatre in London (SE5 8UF) on the 10th of may 2018.

Baracca has travelled through Europe and America contributing in more than 50 exhibitions. He has collaborated in projects like Reichstag Project of Christo and Jeanne-Claude, and Hollywood murals from Rob Miller. In Latin America he has worked with the collectives Vaca and RoZarte.

Recently his work is based on creating art pieces through a collective process with money. His work is very relevant considering electronic money global context. His work arises as a criticism to consumerist society.

The event is open free to the public and organised by the Latinos Creative Society of the University of the Arts London.
