The Rochdale Sculptors were a group of artists who were active in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. They exhibited their work in and around the Rochdale area and challenged ways of displaying art by showing work outside the usual gallery space. This exhibition features original works of painting and sculpture by members of the group, alongside more contemporary pieces the artists are creating today.
