Hungate Medieval Art aims to promote the beautiful medieval architecture and artefacts found in churches across the county of Norfolk and, more broadly, in East Anglia. Based in Norwich’s Elm Hill, in the church of St Peter Hungate, the centre is currently focusing on medieval stained glass through a rolling programme of exhibitions presented in its evocative architectural space. These range from historical surveys showcasing medieval art from across the region through to thematic exhibitions developed in collaboration with contemporary artists.
