"Exploring the world is one of the best ways of exploring the mind, and walking travels both terrains," wrote Rebecca Solnit in her book 'Wanderlust' … In May 2008, a group of artists walked together by the River Bovey in Devon. In October, they reconvene for a show, each contributing an individual response. From explorations of the picturesque to reflections on the act of walking, the show promises paintings, prints, drawing, sound, installation and conversation. Participating artists: Ron Andrews, Bridget Arnold, Christine Barkla, Martyn Brown, Lyn Cooke, Sue Deakin, Susanne Haines, Gabrielle Hoad, Jane Hodgson, Val Jones, Rosie Sanders, Anne Satow.
