Plan 9 concludes the Summer of Dissent season with this final event inviting the audience to voice their dissonance through a series of interactive experiences. * Summer of Dissent Publication Launch Pick up your copy of the Summer of Dissent publication, with a specially commissioned text by Emma Cocker and print-on-demand inserts from the Summer of Dissent participants.* Plan 9 Grant for Art – The Plan 9 Grant for Art is a new one-off grant formed with the bar takings from the Summer of Dissent final event. Applications are only accepted delivered by hand to the Plan 9 bar between 7.30pm and 10pm at the event.
