‘Dialogue’ is an exhibition of objects ranging from designed functional items, through decorative craft forms to conceptual fine art. The works can be viewed individually and in isolation. However, when curating this show, it was anticipated that a ‘conversation’ would occur between the pieces and their particular disciplines. It is from this that, perhaps, a new understanding of the place of Art, Craft and Design will emerge. An OPEN FORUM WITH THE ARTISTS will take place on 2nd November from 4.15-5.30.
