I am an artist, writer, blogger, general free-wheeling creative and present student of MA Future Arts at Teesside University, Middlesbrough in the North East of England, during the course’s inaugural run during the 2008-9 academic year. My interests include the relation of, and threshold between, image, text and the written word, the communication of affinity and universality across the mostly traditional fine art media of drawing, print, painting and photography, and the notion of the ‘frame’, ‘canvas’ or ‘viewfinder’; the ‘facilitators of seeing’.
