This month’s artists’ network event offers an exclusive out of hours opportunity for artists to visit the Compulsive, Obsessive, Repetitive exhibition at Towner. This is a group show of sculptors who obsessively use small scale repetitive processes to create large scale installations. The event creates an opportunity to visit and talk about the exhibition with other artists, and discuss thoughts, issues and ideas relating to contemporary practice, from an artist’s perspective.PLUS… We are very excited to say that Towner has invited members of the Network to curate the next Towner Collection exhibition. There will be an opportunity to talk about the Curatorial project at the Perspectives Plus event (NB. Deadline for applications to be part of the Blue Monkey Curatorial team is 16th August.)This event is FREE to Blue Monkey Network members; £5 non-members.
