South Hill Park historic interior, grand proportions and extensive grounds have inspired the Borderlands Artists’ Consortium to create a new and diverse range of artworks, responding to the arts centre, the mansion and its history. Borderlands Artists’ Consortium is a collective of professional artists who work and live on the borders of Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire. The exhibition features work by Claire Anderson, Maureen Banfield Hamlin, Sue Chadwick, Tessa Christie, Maureen Farr, Susanna Harris Hughes, Sally Northwood, Sylvia Raymont, Josie Townsend and Meg Harris Williams. Selection panel consisted of Maureen Banfield Hamlin, Tracey Jerome, Outi Remes and Josie Townsend.
