Shown in three cabinets within the foyer of Exeter’s main library, the responses of seven artists to a local walk. Contrasting urban with rural and ancient with modern, the route took in Exeter’s historic quayside, its riverside park and the nearby Marsh Barton industrial estate. The walk prompted reflections on history, memory, mapping and the act of walking itself. Artists: Ron Andrews, Sue Coulson, Fiona Hamilton, Gabrielle Hoad, Peter Messa, Gail Strong, Naoko Takata.
