This exhibition by emerging visual artist Gina A Smith is inspired from by the African diaspora culture, her West Indian heritage, nature, everyday life and the enjoyable aspects of lives journey to create a range of exciting contemporary artwork. Smith work includes selected pieces including paintings, photography and textiles. This includes new ceramic piece and one photography piece together with previously unseen pieces. The support of Dash’s Cultivate mentoring programme has enabled Smith to develop her work.
