An exhibition of artworks focussing on the conceptual and contentious, the things that shock us and the concerns that keep us awake at night. This exhibition wants to shock. Whether with an immediate ‘WTF?!’ or with an image or idea that follows you home this will not be a soothing experience for the viewer. Attend this show and leave your comfort zone at home. Bringing together a group of diverse artists in both media and subject this exhibition will not show you the rural idyll that you might expect from a venue in the heart of Somerset or the mystical tranquillity that Glastonbury is usually associated with. Christine Ames, Jimmy Galvin, Tom Walker, Sharon Anderson, Beth Lanning, Kim Lintern, Nicola Hands, Ashley Thomas, Liz Beech, Caro Paine, Georgina Conroy, Matthew Rawson Bates, Bern Campbell, Emily Traynor, Eden Silver-Myer, Helen Jarvis & Dan Small, will take you on a journey through the uncomfortable, unpleasant, unfair, cruel, disturbing and downright rude, all in the name of art because you are worth it. This exhibition explores what we find distasteful or disturbing and the things which shock us. If you’re easily offended, that’s a shame. So, if you’re sitting uncomfortably, we’ll begin….
