Cottonopolis Arts Collective are a non profit arts organization run by 3 practicing north west artists. Exhibitions are curated within unusual locations aiming to showcase the work of north west artists and emerging practitioners from a broad range of disciplines including print, sculpture, animation, film, sound, painting, installation The ‘Chew the Float’ exhibition encompasses the essence of Victoria Baths. Work has been specifically created to align with the settings.. Admiration for the various “tardis like spaces” is truly noted when work is produced for this historic venue. The exhibition is to celebrate the space and its history. Over 30 north west artists have produced site specific work. Each Artist has responded to Victoria Baths with their own choice of medium creating a thought provoking and conceptual exhibition.
