This is taking place with a view to look at how we celebrate artist-led activities in Somerset as part of Art Weeks Festival 2017.
Facilitated by artist Anna Best (http://annabest.info/), Tim Martin (Director of SAW & Hestercombe Gallery Curator)Carol Carey (SAW’s Creative Director) & Zoe Li (Contemporary Art Curator), the day will include:
– Your work and sharing your ideas
– Your experience and barriers
– Collaborations and partnerships
– Resources and funding
– Curatorial and project management
We would particularly like to welcome artists and curators who took part in the Festival in 2015 and those who wish to take part in 2017.
£10 (£20 for non SAW members) including lunch
