Drawing with Fabric, features a collection of fourteen artworks by Laura McCafferty, including The Crufts Misfits, which was short listed for the Wesley Barrell Craft Award 2008. ‘Work by Laura McCafferty will be on display at the Fashion Museum from January to April 2009. Laura’s own description of her pieces as ‘documentary textile art work’ perfectly captures the theme of this display, which will show the everyday clothes and fashions that people wear, but captured and expressed in a unique and beautiful way.’ Rosemary Harden, Exhibition curator
