'Everybody Moving On' is not about anything specific, it's about what it means to be human. Revealing indispositions only shared between two friends; daily frustrations are described, sung and laughed at. The piece swings from the most common of territories into the absurd. Jenny Hunt and Holly Darton approach performance from a Fine Art background. They have created several pieces together including 'Love Is like The Airport/The Airport Is Like Love', 'Getting a Grip' and 'Desperately Seeking Anything' and are now starting to develop a kind of juke box methodology, picking and choosing elements of the ideas explored in their practice and piecing them together in a range of combinations. 'Everybody Moving On' is a culmination of all the efforts made in as series of smaller performances and current ideas. This approach means the performance is rarely the same, keeping the work fresh and exciting. Each season the Junction hosts a selection of innovative developmental showcases from regional artists. Come along for a taster of interdisciplinary, experimental work. To book go to www.junction.co.ukor call direct on 01223 578 000
