Flood Light is a programme of 11 short films made about the Grand Union Canal and Westway in North Kensington. Films will be screened from 6pm. This is a free event and all films for the Flood Light programme are U-certified. Flood Light was a film making project devised and managed by Constantine Gras as part of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s InTRANSIT festival of arts and was supported by the Victoria & Albert Museum.
