As curator of Grejczik Gallery I am honoured to be showing artist Jo Ashby in Scarborough – opening her exhibition on Saturday 19th November, open 12-4pm.
A definitely-not-botanical-drawing exhibition of the the exquisite flower and plant drawings by Ireland artist Jo Ashby. While her seascapes are most familiar, for years we’ve watched her create these private studies with an exquisite touch of realism combined with abstract gesture.

These personal sketchbook drawings are being exhibited exclusively in Scarborough.
The artist will be with us on Saturday 19th November all day for meet, greet, art and nibbles – and then you can re-visit the exhibition up through the weekend before Christmas.
