Grace & Grit is an exhibition of sculpture and printmaking by two artists seeking beauty of line and form through materials which are both hard and intractable. Pat Elmore carves into stone and wood, revealing human and animal forms, as well as abstract shapes. Barry Cottrell engraves with a burin on copper producing semi-abstract images as ‘poetry of the driven line.’
