HA HA Gallery proudly presents Heart breaking even – our first show of 2015, guest curated by Tommy Camerno.

Love and Capital can both be described as exchanges of trust that carry energy. This exchange is captured in the aesthetic object. Perhaps through techniques of hand making there is a specific emotional engagement with the object that has this potency. The artists in the exhibition appropriate traditional art techniques with an intense emotional investment as well as an ironic naivety that challenges technology, social relationships and economics.
Heart breaking even features new work by Jack Appleyard, Patrick Bartsch, Tommy Camerno, Thea Govorchin, and Jaakko Pallasvuo.
