Regent Street Cinema presents Rules of Engagement (U) – a new film by artist filmmaker, Cecilia Stenbom. Rules of Engagement tells the stories of Jack, Robin and Nadia through a mix of dramatic re-enactment and chamber play of encounter and emotion; the film explores the innate human desire to ‘belong.’
Rules of Engagement will be screened alongside four other shorts by Cecilia, based on the idea of the every day on screen; the mundaneness of daily life as social commentary; where fictional content permeates real life. Total run time: 58 minutes.
Film screenings will be followed by a Q&A hosted by Philip Ilson.
