Faye Hindley, Eleanor Bishop and Bob Farrer consider different subjects and work in different ways but are brought together by their desire to use photography to present the myth and magic of a world unseen. Hindley's lowlight images of London dawn show a time of transition and induce a contemplation of un-explored wilderness. Bishop’s vibrant studio pictures capture a split second of natural perfection as gravity acts upon solid and water. Farrer's hidden world is the modern myth made from the meaning of words and language: a humorous visual examination of political rhetoric and hegemony.
