A range of other mental health related information.

Workshops, including the creation of a piece of collaborative art and a drumming circle.

An opportunity to contribute suggestions, topics, words, phrases, rhymes etc through written and spoken word and artworks. Cactus Room plays ‘infectious reggae, funk and ska grooves, overlaid with rock, blues, dub, jazz, pop and folk roots with social comment and poetic insight. A band that refuses to be pigeon-holed except to say they play music to dance to that’s brimming with innovation!
