Lustrabotas is a photographic portrait of the shoeshine boys who work and live on the streets of La Paz, Bolivia. Phil Clarke-Hill produced the images whilst working with a newspaper called Hormigon Armado. The paper acts as a voice for the boys, who are a group often ignored and discriminated against in society. They sell it on the streets as a source of income and participate in making the paper through a photography and writing outreach programme. The exhibition will also contain issues of the paper, photographs taken by the boys and transcribed interviews with them.
