Around 30 masterpiece watercolours and drawings from the Lady Lever Art Gallery collections, many on show for the first time, will be brought together for this special 2008 exhibition. From classic 18th centery watercolours by Thomas Rowlandson, Francis Wheatley and Francis Towne to 19th century works by Turner, David Cox and Peter de Wint along with a number of beautiful drawings by some of the leading Pre-Raphaelites including Edward Burne-Jones, Ford Madox Brown and Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
