Video, sculpture & installation influenced by a passion for science, for its flaws, its paradoxes and its virtues. Magee investigates, and is influenced by, the practical and technological difficulties in realising a simple or ‘pure’ idea. He looks upon science as a tragic hero, often undone by the very same characteristics that elevate and define it.
