Pontoon is presented by artists collaborative Work and will be a unique and exciting contemporary art show, and inaugural exhibition on the River Thames, Oxford. This event will be the first in Oxford to utilise the river, a pontoon and a national monument as an exhibition venue. It will showcase twelve artists, who have reacted to this unusual exhibiting space in an innovative and diverse way. The works include an aircraft carrier, a floating infrasound amplifier, and a site-specific interactive light and sound piece installed underneath Folly Bridge.
