Industry partners, potential employers and talent spotters, along with students and their friends and families, are invited to view the works on show throughout the University campus and Millais Gallery. The Degree Show presents an opportunity to see the innovative work of talented young designers – graphic design displays, moving image and multimedia installations, fashion, fashion photography, interior environments, consumer products, branding and packaging. Students at Solent have won major national and international competitions.As part of the exhibition, Clean Futures will demonstrate how the design industries can use sustainable materials and processes to produce a cleaner future, providing a platform for creating awareness of the issues associated with developing sustainable products and processes. It aims to encourage debate on areas such as our corporate social responsibility, organic/natural materials, recycling, product packaging. Design projects by both by design staff and students will be on display. The School of Design is in the Faculty of Technology at Southampton Solent University.
