Beach Mindfulness session

Imagine you’re sitting on the seashore, the gentle waves rippling over your feet, feeling the grains of sand between your fingers, listening to the rhythm of the waves, the smell of the sea, the tang of salt on your lips, watching as the seagulls fly across the vast expanse of sea, feeling the cool of the breeze passing across your face.

How might the experience leave you feeling?

A series of mini-workshops has been specially designed to take you on a journey into your body and mind – and the relationship that both parts of ourselves have to the sea.
