Various sites are tranformed into pop-up gallerias and cafes over the weekend. Showing an inter-active series of socially engaged live works installations works by artists Rachael House (‘Portable Pet-Tastic Travelling Petrospective’), Ray Ward (‘Ray’s Recording Studio’) , Mick Hobbs (‘Life & Living Records’) as an out-door art event in Whale Bone Lane from 11am-5pm. Alison Marchant transforms the ground floor of her house into ‘Patisserie’ and cafe from 11am – 2pm over the weekend.’Roundabout’ by Ann-Marie LeQuesne & Heather McDonough will take place Sunday 16 on the nearby cross roads of Tennyson & Faringford Roads E15 for mass group participant photo-shoot. ‘Unwrong Quiz’ is the closing event on Sunday 16 at 7.30pm in the nearby Princess of Wales pub on West Ham Lane. An on-line exhibition of the event (www.smallworldartbistro.com) will be compiled along with a series of radio programmes with partners: Break London, Life & Living Records, and Resonance fm 104.4. The project is funded by Arts Council of England & Newham Council.
