‘Solace in Dreams.’Curated by Irina Stark. Rosalind Davis is a contemporary British artist working in complex multimedia techniques, combining paint, embroidery and appliqué, creating romantic melancholic landscapes. The paintings are inspired by the artist’s fantasies and impressions of her experiences abroad as well as explorations of London’s hidden spaces. These works have served as the artist’s refuge, her sanctuary.
