I have been working in the art and technology sector for over thirty years. Since 2010 I’ve been working with associates Professor Adrian Newton (Bournemouth University) and Dr Marcus Leadley (Goldsmiths University of London) on a series of collaborative, public, sound events that examine change within the landscape through ecoacoustic ‘live’ performance and installation. These include: ecosonica : : WEEKENDER [2024], Sound Fishing : : Dorchester Science Festival [2022-2025], ‘from MONTAGE to PALIMPSEST’ : : Sonic Cartography Conference University of Kent [2022], Sounding Shore : : coast to coast Whitstable Biennale [2010 – 2022], ‘the museum of ecoacoustic phenomena’ : : Bournemouth Emerging Arts Festival Commission [2019], Sounds from the Garden : : Being Human Festival [2019], Tipping Point Sound Artists Responses : : Bournemouth University Project [2019], sound :: lost and found : : Being Human Festival [2018], Land Bone & Stone : : The South Dorset Ridgeway Landscape Partnership [2013 – 2017].
