Suitable for all agesExhibition features on- and off-site exhibitions & performances by Dave Lynch and Ralph Macartney. Workshops and evening event @ Cheltenham Art Gallery& Museum hosted by Jam Jar Collective Saturday 31st July. On-site exhibition @ MEANTIME includes newly commissioned installation pieces by Dominic Thomas and Robert Mullender. Works in Sunlight is an off-grid exhibition to be staged in and around MEANTIME Project-Space, Cheltenham, incorporating a series of practical light workshops, off-site light interventions and sculptural installations and talks. The show examines contemporary artistic concerns regarding the use of light, its potential, function and purpose and looks beyond illumination to light as a medium and subject in its own right. Through processes that reinterpret old and new science and technology, this exhibition helps to form, and contribute to, a dialogue on the dawning of a new solar age. http://testsanddemonstrations.webs.com http://www.meantime.org.uk
