Warning – Gelli plate printing is very addictive!
The Gelli plate (or Gel Press plate) is a gel based mono-printing surface and is perfect for making a series of one off prints.
There are many techniques for making prints and we will cover painting, stencilling, stamping, rollering, and transfers. These techniques are suitable for representational work or completely abstract pieces. Be prepared to experiment and make a lot of prints!
