Presence (Flow)

At times of great stress we accidentally tune into the ‘stream of life’, consciousness, like pure energy flowing untapped and constant, loving and nourishing all things. This comes with being in the moment with life, when events have real meaning our heightened senses allow a ‘letting go’ of anxiety and thoughts – suddenly Peace drops into place. We can find it breathing in the air of the garden, centring our self in the stream, where water’s dancing patterns swirl and eddy or grain through wood. The dual aspect of the work pinpoints where the two opposites meet; AKA Yin and Yang.
