Of course – the birdhouse that was and still is a flick of genius – oh those birds would be safe in there – and all those phallic fur and comfortably lazing lumps of art – physically reassuring and warm that vein which he mines and it transmutes over time with flourescence – fissioning, bright naked and hard till stripped of juice, starkness; minimalistic teak nature seeks repentence by mocking luscious libido.
But it was not a retrospective, it said that in the blurb, it was not laid out retrospectively so I expect to see in future work Puritan and Mammon tussle.
