Is there a link to “can” & “can’t do’s” in regard to using cartoon characters?
How do you go about getting clearances for using images of say Popeye, Felix the Cat, Scooby Doo etcetera in your paintings/prints/drawing? Thanks. Do the same rules apply to using an existing photographs of celebrities?
