updates, updated.

been extra busy since last post. mostly organising. it seems like the end of this term comes down to pure organisation. organising shows (have helped put on 2 recently), applying for things post-graduation, designing and printing postcards for degree show (www.alocalprinter.com – was the best place i found for ethical litho-printed cards), tying together documentation of previous work, slideshow presentation, artist research as well as trying to decide what to include in the degree show.

have an image of my work on the invite of the uni's show, which i'm incredibly happy with (as an object and as a brilliant source of auto-promotion!)

have been accepted to BV Studios in Bristol, a new complex of artist studios + 1000sq. foot project space/gallery. can't wait to move in. have to locate a job + house in Bristol now.

Long time, no blog.

Back in the studio, with dissertation and application for MA finished. Really excited about a couple of new ideas that i can get to work on. Since the last post i have exhibited a video piece (Fine) in a group exhibition that me and a few others organized. Planning to organize at least one more show before degree show. Thinking of where to live and how to finance studio for next year.

Exhibiting again in middle of November in a group exhibition exploring interactivity in an empty shop.

Working on a project to try to inaugurate the project space in the universities new exhibition space which i am treating playfully. I hope to have the piece up and documented in the next couple of weeks.

Finished working on a piece called 'Unchained Melody' will have video/images up in next few days.

Website

My website is live.

For the last week I have managed to construct the most basic utilitarian website. I am also in the process of making a stamp with the address on direct inquisitive people.

The studio is starting to see work again. Working on lots of little things.

Reading as much as possible.
