Mapping the Landscape

Hello there everyone. Im the current Artist in Residence at the Bond Company in Digbeth, Birmingham.The residency is for 1 year from September 2011 through to September 2012′. I will live on site, working in my studio and in the local environment with the aim of interpreting the landscape into a visual map through different medium to convey a sense of place and explore the environment.I will post images of the locality, artwork and items relating to my residency. I will also be writing my thoughts and experiences and would welcome any comments, ideas and input from anyone reading my blog.I look forward to my journey throughout the coming year.
