In the run up to LOAF, I’m going to be spreading some lovely music about.

The wonderfully generous performers have allowed me to make some of their music available to everyone as free downloads, so you can join in the countdown and get excited about the event with us.

So please click on the link and enjoy. The first track had to be from Dan Whitehouse, of course!

More loveliness to come in the following two weeks, so keep checking back for your presents, then come and see them all live in the shed… it’s going to sound great!

This is just a little clip from the radio show I did with Pete Whitehouse on WCRfm Radio.

I’m doing my bit for the publicity machine…

…but who knew I had that weird accent? 30 yrs in the Black Country slapped on top of the old Worcestershire… my friends should have told me, I could have done something about it!

Bo Jones and Issy Taylor spent a day in the shed this week. They worked on the iPad, which was a great contrast to the watercolours I’d done, and Bernards pastel drawings… which I now can’t remember posting, so I’ll check back later.

In some ways I’m disappointed that not many people have used this opportunity. But on the other hand, those that have, have used it just as I had imagined, and have had fun, relaxed, had time to think, have experimented and thought. And produced some interesting work…

Maybe I just need to do it once for people to see how it goes, then next time I’ll have more people participate?

It wasn’t very sunny, but at least it didn’t rain!

I did some more drawing from the shed, then had a bit of a clear out and a tidy up, ready for Robert Lane to sing in the shed during the afternoon. He sang some sunshine, but the clouds scudded across the sky still.

Rachel had loads of visitors, the cake seemed to be going down well, I hope she made loads of money for her NGS charities.
