Aberdeen based artists & husband and wife team Gabrielle Reith & Philip Thompson will be working closely with The Gordon Highlanders Museum education department during this year’s North East Open Studios event, exploring the theme of “Camouflage” within a fine art context. A week of interactive workshops, accompanied by a fine art exhibition will compliment the temporary Camouflage 2008 exhibition that is currently running at the Gordon Highlanders Museum.Gabrielle & Philip will run several “drop in” classes – inviting participants from all ages visiting the Gordon Highlanders Museum to explore themes such as colour, shape and disguise with various media. Paint, drawing, video, photography & interactive computer programing – this should be a week of events not to miss!
