Are you interested in ways that you can incorporate green screen and virtual production techniques into your creative practice? Streaming live from DanceEast’s green studio in Ipswich, this workshop will provide a practical overview of digital technologies and processes that will get you started.

During this session we will cover:

  • Different types of hardware and software that are required to create your own green screen and virtual productions, from high end industry technology to DIY approaches that you can try at home.
  • Exploration of real time workflows so you can focus on the creativity and ideas of your project.
  • Key considerations when working on this kind of project, and how to get started.
  • Examples of projects that have made use of these technologies and processes.

The workshop is suitable for anyone interested in developing their practice and work using virtual production and green screen technologies. It’s for complete beginners as well as anyone who has dabbled a little or anyone who is just interested in the possibilities.

Led by Collusion’s Liam Roberts, tickets cost £6. This workshop is part of Collusion’s ART // TECH // PLAY programme and network that supports artists and creatives to develop their skills around creative technologies in a practice-led way.
