Linear Mapping is an installation of ‘threads’ or strands suspended in space. Each of the threads is a record of a walk, a linear map, a record of time and place.
Hannah Lamb is an artist, maker and lecturer based in West Yorkshire. Her creative practice encompasses textiles, photography and installation. Sources of inspiration include walking, nature and landscape, and she is keen to explore personal and community responses to local environments.
Access to the 2nd floor studio is via the Butterfly Rooms shop, Gordon Terrace, Bingley Road, Saltaire, West Yorkshire BD18 4SB.
