Presence is a new large-scale, site-specific commission by Liz West in grade II* listed Christ Church in Macclesfield. It takes the form of a tunnel that traverses the length of the aisle, made up of colour transmitting dichroic film squares to create an immersive colour and light experience.
Liz West is a contemporary British artist based in the North West, who creates works combining the phenomena of colour and light to create a sensory experience.
